    Enquiry Areas

    Here at Citizens Advice South Lincolnshire, we can help you with a number of areas.  These include:

    Money Advice

    We can help you deal with your debt, work out which debts to deal with first, help you look at ways to maximise your income and help you to fill in forms if needed.

    Housing
    We can advise on housing tenures, give information about how to deal with disrepairs, helping with rent arrears, problems with where you live and more.
    Employment

    We can support with enquiries such as checking employment status, grievance processes, getting your pay/holiday entitlement and maternity rights.

    Consumer
    We can advise and give information across a range of consumer issues including energy, what to do if something’s gone wrong with a purchase, scams awareness, home improvements, utilities and more.
    Relationships and Family
    This enquiry area covers many topics such as living together, getting married or entering into a civil partnership, separating from your partner and sorting out home and other arrangements. This also covers help for carers and information about wills.
    Immigration

    This enquiry area includes information about citizenship, dealing with visa problems, asylum and how immigration status can affect benefit entitlement, access to healthcare and other services.
